o Tri-tip Skewer: texas grassfed beef seared over an open fire, accented by a smooth Green Goddess sauce
Dinner Menu (family style service)
o Strawberry Garden Salad: Fresh Baby Spinach, Spring Berries, feta cheese, spiced candied pecans with a Citrus Berry Vinaigrette.
o Roasted New Potatoes: tiny red potatoes baked golden brown and tossed in rosemary garlic butter
o Spring Baby Carrots: an assortment of Spring baby carrots with fresh butter and Dill
o Pork Tenderloin: Stuffed with fire roasted apples and Grilled over an open flame, Lemon Burre Blanc
o Pan Seared Chicken: Stuffed with French goat cheese & crushed Pistachios, Pinot Noir Cherry Sauce
