o Italian Antipasta: fresh breads served with olives, banana peppers, roasted mushrooms, cheese tray featuring Italian Cheese, Italian Charcuterie with salamis.
o Fresh Caprese Raviolis: hand rolled in-house pasta with roasted garden tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, with a basil brown butter sauce & micro basil (passed by waitstaff)
Dinner Menu (family style service)
o Strawberry Garden Salad: Fresh Spring mix, Spring Berries, spiced candied walnuts with a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
o Garden Pasta: spiraled Trottole pasta with Tomato Basil pasta, served with bowls of shaved parmesan cheese.
o Garden Beans: green beans with caramelized onions & garlic
o Pan Seared Chicken: Seared in fresh olive oil and then oven roasted to a perfect golden brown. Served garnished by a Parsley purée with Valencia Orange accents.
Chef Notes::: 1 vegan | cocktails available BEFORE ceremony (as guests arrive) | serve Texas Peach juice inside champagne | serve Peach Champagne only during cocktail hour | then (have some Sweet & sour available) for possible Margaritas (to buy: peaches, lemon juice, lime juice, salt for rims) | 3 vendors ( NO KIDS MENU!)
