Dinner Stations Menu (2 hour service) 


o    Summer Garden Chicken skewers with citrus & fresh herbs, grilled over an open fire.

o    Heirloom Tomato Salad: marinated tomatoes and summer cucumber with shallots & fresh herbs

o    Smoked Poblano Mac & Cheese with white cheddar and crispy bacon accents


o    kebab-e torsh : Beef Tenderloin Kebabs with a pomegranate walnut marinade, grilled over open fire

o    Baghali Polo :  Saffron-infused Basmati  rice with fresh fava beans & dill

o    Sabzi Khordan : Fresh Herb patter with caraway seed infused Feta

o    Borani Esfanaaj : Fresh yogurt & spinach dip garnished with blanched walnuts

o    Mast-o-Khiar : Yogurt cucumber dip garnished with rose petals & oil

o    Baskets of Flatbreads


o    Chicken Ginger Stir Fry: snow peas, broccoli, bamboo shoots in sauce; served in Bamboo boats over jasmine rice

o    Salad with Shredded Carrots & classic Spicy Peanut dressing over crisp lettuce.

o    Crisp eggrolls in wonton wrappers with sweet & sour sauce

o    Hoisin sauce, sambal, chili garlic paste, Sweet chili sauce, fresh jalapenos, cilantro
