Cocktail Appetizers  

o    Italian Bruschetta Bar:  olive tapenade, mint infused ricotta dip, herbed olive oils, Italian cheeses & Olives with fresh baskets of Mediterranean breads.

Entrée Selections

o   H12 Spinach Salad: baby spinach accented with pickled red onions, cherry tomatoes and a warm-bacon vinaigrette.

o   Roasted New Potatoes: cooked to a golden brown and drizzled with garlic & rosemary butter.

o   Autumn Garden Squashes: zucchini & yellow crookneck squashes are roasted & accented with Butternut squash purée with thyme & garlic.

o   Pan Seared Chicken: Chicken breasts stuffed with Brie & smoked apples. Topped with a white wine Lemon Burre Blanc sauce.
