Notes: These Southern-inspired menus are perfect for couples looking for great food while keeping your wedding budget in check. I serve all of my food on white ceramic platters or in glass bowls. The presentation of the food is as important to me as the food itself. So no matter what menu you choose, it will look beautiful. None of these menus are set in stone, if you have something you really love that you want to eat at your wedding, just let me know & we’ll try to make it happen. Included in all catering options: Chef Darci & assistants to cook for your event, all silverware for you & your guests, round white appetizer plates, large round white dinner plates, all service spoons & bowls required to make your event spectacular!
BBQ Sides & Apps Menu(client outsources the BBQ meat)
o Smoked Chicken Quesadillas: fresh pepperjack cheese and Anaheim peppers, fresh salsa.
o Farmer’s Market Crudité: roasted, grilled & pickled veggie platter; hand selected from the local Austin farmers by Chef Darci.
o White Cheddar Mac & Cheese: Creamy Sauce & cheesy pasta, baked to perfection
o Borracho Beans: Big Pot of Cast Iron Beans, accented with onions, peppers & a splash of tequila.
o Sautéed Green Beans: crisp French beans with caramelized onions & Garlic.
o Fresh Bread & Butter: Chef Darci uses Texas farm-sourced cream to make our delicious in-house butter. Served with baskets of fresh baked artisan breads.
ATX Taco Feast menu( no appetizers, you can bring your own if you prefer )
o Taco Bar: Roasted Pork Carnitas & Smoked Chicken Breast, with caramelized onions & peppers.
§ Includes everything you need to create the perfect Taco. 2 choices of meat, flour & corn tortillas, Pico de Gallo, fresh chopped Jalapeños, Cilantro, Onions & Limes.
o Chips & Dips Bar: fresh tortilla chips & in-house salsas & queso.
§ Add some flavor to your Mexico inspired Feast! Smoky red salsa & Citrusy Green Tomatillo Salsa, cheesy tex-mex Queso, crisp lettuce, Sour Cream & never–ending baskets of chips.
Farmhouse Garden Menu ( no appetizers, you can bring your own if you prefer )
o H12 Salad: spring mix, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, pickled carrots and fresh herb vinaigrette.
o Roasted New Potatoes: cooked to a golden brown and drizzled with garlic & rosemary butter.
o Sautéed Veggies: Green beans, carrots & Red Bell Peppers.
Entrée Choice ( please choose one)
o Braised Chicken Thighs: Seared in a Cast Iron skillet, then covered in wine, shallots & braised in the oven for 10 hours. Served with home-style pan gravy.
o Smoked Pork Tenderloin: brined in apple cider vinegar and fresh apple juice then smoked over a wood fire, covered with a Ginger Cherry glaze.
