PASSED Appetizers   

 

o   Fruit Skewers: summer fruits marinated in orange blossom honey, fresh & delicious.

o   Pulled Pork Sliders:  pork shoulder rubbed with coffee & chili then oven-braised for 16 hours, in-house BBQ & pickled red onions with a touch of habanero.

o   Puff Pastry Cups: wine sautéed mushrooms with thyme and garlic, baked to golden brown.
