True Love Package

This 3 hour wedding package is designed to be a short & sweet event. Great for small weddings or couples on a budget who want a romantic wedding in a beautiful venue. Linens, Catering, Bar-tenders & Staff available for an additional fee. Morning, Afternoon, or Evening times available.

Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Hour or 3 hour Reception

With several ceremony sites to choose from, our venue is the perfect place to say ‘I do!’

Weekday Site Fee: $3,500 (monday - thursday)

Saturday Site Fee: $4,500

Weekend Site Fee: $4,000 (friday & sunday)

Site Fee Includes the following:

5 hours in Total:

  • 3 hour rental for your event. From guest arrival to departure.

  • 2 hour early access for vendors & clients

  • Day before event for ceremony rehearsal available for an additional fee.

Exclusive use of the Bridal Suit & Groom’s Bungalow:

  • 2 private suites with private bath. Perfect for getting ready on your big day

  • 2 hour early access before your event for hair & make-up.

In-house Event Coordinator:

  • Includes 3 Planning Meetings prior to your event.

  • Assists with Floor Plan, Time-Line, Champagne Toasts, Linen Selection & so much more!

  • Assists with vendor coordination for your event to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Available for Day-Of Event coordination for $400 fee.

Also Includes the following:

  •   Reception tables and chairs

  •   Ceremony seating for up to 200 guests

  • Complimentary cake cutting service

  •   A full-service event, which includes set-up and break-down by the staff outside of rental time

  • 1-hour ceremony rehearsal with prior arrangement by your coordinator

  • Vendor deliveries or set-up are allowed up to 2 hours prior to the event start with earlier access available upon request

  • Complimentary gourmet coffee service

  • Two wood burning chimineas for seasonal weather

  • Time for an event photo shoot with prior arrangement by your coordinator

  • Event coordination and planning from contract initiation up to day of event

  • Cocktail tables available for an additional fee

  • Numerous other amenities designed to enhance your event or reception

This full scale event includes a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before the event and a whole evening of wedding celebration. 30 minute Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception included. Linens, Catering, Bar-tenders & Staff available for an additional fee.

Platinum Wedding Package

Our most popular package, this full scale event includes a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before the event and a whole evening of wedding celebration. Under the guidance of our event specialist, Hamilton Twelve's helpful event staff will serve you and your guests food & drinks while you dance the night away under the lovely Texas stars and celebrate your love in style. Also includes fantastic catering by our in-house Chef , Linens, Bar Package, & our professional in-house Staff to work the night of your event.

Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Hour & Reception, includes Linens, Staff & Catering

This package includes everything Hamilton Twelve has to offer for up to 100 guests. Additional guests are $75 per person.

Weekday Site Fee: $13,500 (monday - thursday)

Saturday Site Fee: $15,500

Weekend Site Fee: $14,500 (friday & sunday)

Everything from the Wedding Bells Package plus the following:

Cocktail Hour Appetizers:

  • Keep your guests happy while the family is taking photos with delicious Seasonal selections from our fabulous in-house Chef.

  • Choose Any 3 appetizers from Chef Darci’s ‘Small Bites’ Menu

Wedding Feast Entree of your Choice:

  • Fresh, Seasonal & Delicious. Chef Darci sources the best food she can find from Austin’s local Farmer’s Markets to create stunning menus for a crowd.

  • Any entree selection from Chef Darci’s ‘Wedding Feast’ Menu, or Chef Darci can create a custom just for you that will keep both sides of the family jumping for joy!

Professional Staff:

  • Our staff will help set-up & break-down your event outside of rental time.

  • Will serve the food or man the food stations as needed depending on your menu selection.

  • Buses tables & dishes for your event to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Staff will help load all decor & remaining items at the end of the night.

  • Staff will clean windows, maintain bathrooms & floors prior to, during & after your event.

Bar Package:

  • All alcohol is BYOB at Hamilton Twelve. This option tends to save clients hundreds.

  • Our TABC certified bartenders will keep the party going all night.

  • Custom Signature Cocktail of your choice utilizing fresh fruit juices.

  • Glassware including: champagne flutes, wine glasses, glass pints if you choose to do a keg of beer, water glasses, iced tea goblets, highballs. Copper mugs or Martini glasses can be rented for an additional fee.

Linens & Tablecloths:

  • We work with Whim & Premiere Events to source the perfect shade of linens for your event.
