Our venue is the Perfect Place to host company parties, or is a warm place for Family & Friends to gather this Winter Season. In-house catering and Bar Packages available, or you are welcome to bring in your favorites!


We Can host parties from 20 to 200 guests

Every event includes a Party Hostess to help keep everything organized & offer helpful tips to streamline the Planning process. She will also work the day-of your event to coordinate with any of your vendors & staff so you can enjoy your party stress-free!

With several options to choose from setting-up drinks is easy for you & your guests. From Hot Cocoa to Bourbon Apple Cider, we can help you choose the perfect Bar Package for your event. Or you are welcome to bring in your favorites.

  • Hot Cocoa Package - white chocolate cranberry, cinnamon & dark chocolate.

  • Tex-Mex Margaritas - you bring the Tequila & our bartenders do the rest!

  • Ice Tea & Lemonade Package - fresh blueberries & Mint available

  • English Garden Teas - includes lemon and several herb & spiced teas

  • Apple Cider Package - Gallons of fresh apple cider, perfect as is or with a splash of Whiskey or Bourbon to keep those cozy feelings going all night.

  • Local Coffee Bar - ATX wood roasted coffee from Summermoon available.

  • Sodas, Juices & Mixers available.

Our in-house culinary master, Chef Darci loves cooking all the cozy, warm things Autumn & Winter have to offer. With amazing local produce from Austin Farmer’s Markets, her food is sure to please your crowd. Appetizers, Small Bites & Entrees available as well as seasonal desserts! Or you are welcome to bring in your favorites.

3 Hour Events available: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening

20 to 50 guests Site Fee: $1,400

50 to 100 guests Site Fee: $1,800

100 to 200 guests Site Fee: $2,300


4 hours in Total:

  • 3 hour rental for your event. From guest arrival to departure.

  • 1 hour early access for vendors & clients

Exclusive use of two VIP rooms:

  • 2 private suites with private bath. Perfect for getting ready or storing coats & purses

  • 1 hour early access before your event for set-up.

In-house Event Coordinator:

  • Includes 1 Planning Meetings prior to your event, can be over the phone if preferred.

  • Assists with Floor Plan, Time-Line & so much more!

  • Assists with vendor coordination for your event to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Available for Day-Of Event coordination.

Also Includes the following:

  •  Event tables and chairs for you & your guests

  • Vendor deliveries or set-up are allowed up to 1 hour prior to the event start with earlier access available upon request

  • Two wood burning chimineas for seasonal weather

  • Event coordination and planning from contract initiation up to day of event

  • Cocktail tables, Linens, Bar Packages, Catering & Staff available for an additional fee

  • Numerous other amenities designed to enhance your event or reception
