We Can host parties from 20 to 200 guests
Every event includes a Party Hostess to help keep everything organized & offer helpful tips to streamline the Planning process. She will also work the day-of your event to coordinate with any of your vendors & staff so you can enjoy your party stress-free!

With several options to choose from setting-up drinks is easy for you & your guests. From Hot Cocoa to Bourbon Apple Cider, we can help you choose the perfect Bar Package for your event. Or you are welcome to bring in your favorites.

Tex-Mex Margaritas - you bring the Tequila & our bartenders do the rest!

Our in-house culinary master, Chef Darci loves cooking all the cozy, warm things Autumn & Winter have to offer. With amazing local produce from Austin Farmer’s Markets, her food is sure to please your crowd. Appetizers, Small Bites & Entrees available as well as seasonal desserts! 50 to 100 guests Site Fee: $1,800

SITE FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
4 hours in Total:
3 hour rental for your event. From guest arrival to departure.
1 hour early access for vendors & clients
Exclusive use of two VIP rooms:
2 private suites with private bath. Perfect for getting ready or storing coats & purses
1 hour early access before your event for set-up.
In-house Event Coordinator:
Includes 1 Planning Meetings prior to your event, can be over the phone if preferred.
Assists with Floor Plan, Time-Line & so much more!
Assists with vendor coordination for your event to keep everything running smoothly.
Available for Day-Of Event coordination.

Vendor deliveries or set-up are allowed up to 1 hour prior to the event start with earlier access available upon request
